Custom WordPress Plugin

This company needed a scheduling plugin that would work for the whole staff
- What we built
Looks simple. Right? It's simple on the frontend but kinda complicated on the backend. There are 6 employees, all with different schedules. I made a simple-to-use plug-in that handles one-on-one lessons and training for all employees. A customer would set a date and time, and the scheduler would identify available staff and automatically fill that employee's calendar.
- How the team learned it
We had to do quite a bit of testing with this one, but since they were local, I got together with the team and walked them through how it works. We also recorded the session for future staff.
- The result
A HUGE time saver! This plugin basically works like a scheduling staff member. No more back-and-forth with emails to customers, and no more worrying about employees' time or double-booking!

When the firm that built the website decides to stop coding, you'll need someone to handle updates, fixes, and new content blocks. This is an ongoing project.
- How the team learned it
With every update, there's training. I have a call with the content team or make a training video to go over the changes and how to use the new components.
- The result
I've been working with this company for over 4 years. We have a great relationship and they only pay for what they need. No monthly retainers.

- What we built
This is an amazing, ongoing project launching soon. A microphone sits just outside your home, records and identifies bird songs, and then AI turns them into art.
- How the team learned it
I am the team on this one. I love birds but can't have a feeder. This was a very cool solution so I could "see" the birds outside without actually disturbing their behavior.
- The result
This site will launch in November 2026!
